TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 21, 2025 6:00 PM The Planning Commission will be meeting on October 21, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall, W5990 Pioneer Road to review the following requests: 1. Fred-Land storage units, N5016 County Road V, Fond du Lac is requesting a special exception to construct a pilon sign. 2. Grace and Truth Christion Fellowship N5776 County Road D, Fond du Lac is requesting a special exception to open a Coffee Shop/Café. 3. The Planning Commission will also be reviewing the sign ordinance, back yard set backs in all zonings, and a change to the cell towers ordinance to allow for a one to one swap of equipment. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this meeting. TOWN BOARD MEMBERS MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING On November 10, 2025 at 6:00 pm a Public Hearing will be held and action will be taken following the Public Hearing at the Town's Monthly Meeting.
