PUBLIC NOTICE The Summit County Board of Health, at its September 11, 2025 meeting, adopted Resolution No. 032-25 entitled, “Resolution Establishing a Fee Schedule for the Use of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations of the Summit County Combined General Health District, and Declaring It an Emergency.” The Resolution establishes a fee schedule to establish a usage fee of $0.10 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) to be charged for use of the district’s EV charging stations, effective November 1, 2025.
