NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, will receive bids from vendors for Indianapolis Campus Janitorial Services. The Owner intends to enter into one contract with the Contractor that submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid and who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required services. Bidding Documents may be obtained via Ivy Tech Community College Workday website link: https://ivy-tech-community-college-of-indiana.us.workdayspend.com/rfps/1005778. All bids must be received uploaded to Workday prior to 3 P.M., EST, on October 24, 2025. The virtual bid opening will directly follow at 3:45 P.M. EST via teams virtual meeting link.

Evaluation of the proposals and award will be at a later day. Bidder questions are due by 3 P.M. EST on October 20, 2025. All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) of the base bid. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax. The bid forms and other required documents related to the bid must be completed, signed and notarized where indicated. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid. Bids to shall remain firm for one-hundred and twenty (120) days from date of Bid Opening.
