TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH Notice of Award of Professional Services Contract (Local Public Contracts Law) The governing body of the Township of Mahwah awarded a contract for Professional Tax Appraisal Consultant Services in connection with Tax Exposure Analysis without publicly advertising for bids pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law, utilizing the professional services exception to public bidding set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. The contract by Resolution #339-25 was awarded on October 6, 2025 to McNerney & Associates, Inc. not to exceed $15,500 for the term of the project.
