WICOMICO COUNTY COUNCIL   PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE OF HEARING   BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL   OF WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with Chapter 22 of the Wicomico County Code and Local Government Article, Section 10-312, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, that the County Council of Wicomico County, Maryland will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting in the County Council Chambers, Government Office Building, in Salisbury, Maryland, on:   TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025 Commencing at 6:00 P.M.   The County Council proposes to enter into a RNG Facility Site Lease Agreement and Gas Rights Agreement with WB Wicomico LLC for approximately one acre of county-owned property located at the Newland Park Landfill at 6948 Brick Kiln Road, Salisbury, MD. The county-owned property will be leased for the construction and operation of a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility that will collect and process Processable Gas. The proposed Agreements are for a term of 20 years each, with 2 renewal options of 5 years each, at the rental rate of $10.00 per year for the Lease Agreement and Royalty Payments as set forth in Exhibit 1 of the Gas Rights Agreement ranging from 6% - 50% of project gross revenues, adjusted annually by the CPI-Inflation Index.
