BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/3/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 11/19/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
Lots 2 of Block 1, Woodburn Estates Subdivision, Section 4, T17S-R17E Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 2 of Block 1 on the southern right way for Woodburn Drive and is the point of beginning.
Thence, S23°45'27"W along the property line common to Lot 1 for a distance of 107.21 feet to a point on the southern right of way for Woodburn Drive.
Thence, S66°14'33"W along the property line common to Earnest J. Bernard, et al or assigns and the rear line of Lot 2 for a distance of 50 feet to a point.
Thence, N23°45'27"W on the lot line common to Lot 3 for a distance of 130 feet to a point on the southern right of way for Woodburn Drive.
Thence, N85°32'45"E, on and along said right of way, for a distance of 75.19 feet back to the point of beginning.
All as shown on a plat entitled "Woodburn Estates Subdivision, C & I of Houma, L.L.C., Developer, Section 4, T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" dated November 1, 1999 and filed for record in the Terrebonne Parish clerk of court office under entry #1065989, also map dated February 18, 2002 and filed for record in the Terrebonne Parish clerk of court office under entry #1115751.
