BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/28/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 11/19/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN LOT OF LAND OR PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE, situated in Broadmoor Subdivision in the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, on the left descending bank of Bayou Terrebonne, about three (3) miles above the City of Houma, being known and designated on a plan of said Broadmoor Subdivision made by S. Allen Munson, C. E., dated November 15, 1954, and on file in the Office of the Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, under Entry No. 136576, as Lot No. Nine (9) of Block No. Seventeen (17); said lot of ground measures a front of Seventy-two (72') feet on the North side of Mire Street by a depth of One Hundred Twenty-five (125') feet between parallel lines, and being bounded as follows: On the North by Lot Four (4), West by Lot Ten (10), East by Lot Eight (8) of Block Seventeen (17), and on the South by Mire Street; together with all improvements thereon as well as all buildings, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $222722.93, along
