OTTAWA COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2024 PROGRAM INCOME AND CLOSEOUT OF 2023 PROGRAM INCOME FOR MICHIGAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDING FOR CDBG EMERGENCY HOME REPAIRS Ottawa County Community Action Agency will conduct a public hearing and closeout on October 22nd, 2025 at 10:30 am at 12251 James St, Suite 300, Holland MI 49424 for the purpose of affording citizens an opportunity to examine and submit comments on the proposed use of CDBG Program Income from Program Year 2024 and for the completion of projects from 2023 CDBG Program Income. Ottawa County Community Action Agency proposes to use $54,219.40 of CDBG Program Income to fund emergency Home Rehab projects for Ottawa County residents who income qualify. The CDBG Program Income from 2023 did not exceed the $35,000 maximum required by MSHDA to continue to be utilized as CDBG funds and the amount of $29,137.28 was de-designated as CDBG funds. No persons shall be or were displaced as a result of any completed or future projects. Further information is available for review.
