NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Common Council for the City of Glendale repealed and replaced Section 2.3.2 – City Officers; Tenure; Vacancies of the Glendale Code of Ordinances, on October 13, 2025. The ordinance made the following changes: a. Repealed Section 2.3.2 – City Officer; Tenure; Vacancies in its entirety b. Replaced with Section 2.3.2 – City Officer; Tenure; Vacancies. The revised ordinance established "Appointed Officers" in the City and establishes that these positions can only be removed by a 2/3 vote of the Common Council.
