LEGAL NOTICE   Sandy Valley Local School District Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of the Sandy Valley Local School District, Stark, Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties, Ohio, passed on the 22nd day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 4th day of November, 2025, the following: “A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Sandy Valley Local School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements that the county auditor estimates will collect $284,724 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $16 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
