LEGAL NOTICE Village of Minerva Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Minerva, Stark, Carroll and Columbiana Counties, Ohio, passed on the 22nd day of April, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 4th day of November, 2025, the following: “A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Minerva for the purpose of providing and maintaining senior citizens services or facilities of the Minerva Senior Center that the county auditor estimates will collect $17,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.3 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $5 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
