LEGAL NOTICE Paris Township Road District Number One Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Paris Township, Stark County, Ohio, passed on the 21st day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 4th day of November, 2025, the following: “An additional tax for the benefit of the Paris Township Road District Number One for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $390,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $105 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
