LEGAL NOTICE   Bethlehem Township Road District Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Bethlehem Township, Stark County, Ohio, passed on the 4th day of August 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 4th day of November, 2025, the following: “A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Bethlehem Township Road District for the purpose of providing for the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $213,709 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $20 for $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
