LEGAL NOTICE   Massillon Public Library Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Library Trustees of the Massillon Public Library, Stark County, Ohio, passed on the 17th day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 4th day of November, 2025, the following: “A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Massillon Public Library for the purpose of current expenses that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,346,413 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.9 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $102 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
