LEGAL NOTICE   Village of Wilmot Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Wilmot, Stark County, Ohio, passed on the 15th day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 4th day of November, 2025, the following: “Shall the Ordinance providing for a 0.25% levy increase on income from 1.75% to 2% for the purpose of providing supplemental general fund income, additional revenues for general use of operations, maintenance, new equipment, extension, enlargement of village services and facilities and capital improvements for the Village of Wilmot, effective January 1, 2026, for 3 years, be passed?” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
