ATTENTION an Order serving Joseph Zetzer and Deborah (Zetzer) Borchard aka Deborah
Carver, a Complaint, Case No. 2025„CVE-038, has been filed in the Ottawa County Court of
Common Pleas, 315 Madison Street, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452, by Ottawa County Treasurer, Anthony Hatmaker, to declare sole ownership to a parcel of land more fully described below. Plaintiff is requesting that the Court find that he is entitled to foreclose and sell the property for failure of Defendant to pay property taxes. The above parties are required to Answer the above action within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks.

Situated in the City of Port Clinton, County of Ottawa and State of Ohio, and being a part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section No. 6, Township No. 6, Range No. 17, Portage Township, particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the south right of way line of The New York
Central Railroad and the northerly extension of the west line of Lot No. 9 in A. Hopfinger's Second Addition to said City as a place of beginning; thence south in said northerly extension of the west line of Lot No. 9 in A. Hopfinger's
Second Addition to a point where said lot line extended intersects the north line of West Second Street in said City; thence west in said north line of said Second Street, a distance of 50.0 feet to a point in said north line of Second Street;
thence north in a straight line (parallel to the eastern boundary of the tract hereby described) to a point where said line intersects the south right of way line of The New York Central Railroad; thence southeasterly in said south right of way line to the point and place of beginning, containing .064 acres of land, more or less. Containing .071 acres, more or less.

Commencing at an iron pin marking the intersection of the north line of Second Street with the centerline extended northerly of Laurel Avenue in said City; thence easterly in the north line of Second Street 57.96 feet to a point in said Lot No. 4 and the place of beginning of the parcel herein conveyed; thence westerly in the north line of Second Street to the point of intersection thereof with the west line extended northerly of Lot No. 9 in A. Hopfinger's Addition to said City; thence northerly in said northerly extension of the wrest line of said Lot No. 9 to the point of intersection thereof with the southerly line of The New York Central Railroad Company's right of way; thence southeasterly in the southerly line of said Railroad right of way to the place of beginning and continuing .007 of an acre of land more or less.
