Bedford Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92264; Assessor's Parcel Number: 502-293-008; Legal Description: Real property in the City of Palm Springs, County of Riverside, State of California, described as follows: “Lot 51 of RAMON -RISE ESTATES, in the City of Palm Springs, County of Riverside, State of California, as shown by map on file in Book 32, Page 10 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.” (Hereinafter, the “Subject Property”.) Please take notice that the Subject Property is being sold by private sale by Matthew L. Taylor, as Partition Referee appointed in the matter of Hearst v.
