REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL   WICOMICO COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT   WICOMICO COUNTY LOCAL BEHAVIORAL   HEALTH AUTHORITY (LBHA)   RFP # 1013-2025   The Wicomico County Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) is requesting sealed proposals for Adult Mental Health Target Case Management Services. The LBHA is looking for vendors who can provide services to adults, who have serious mental health disorders that have been diagnosed according to a current diagnostic and statistical manual of the American Psychiatric Association. The vendor will need to be able to provide services to at risk of, or clients who need continued community treatment to prevent inpatient psychiatric treatment, elderly individuals, age 65 or older, or young adults 18 through 21 who have been discharged from inpatient treatment, at risk of or need continued community treatment to prevent being or homeless, or at risk of incarceration or they have recently been released from a detention center or prison.   A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at The Adkins Building, 801 N. Salisbury Blvd., Suite 202 Salisbury, Maryland 21801. Clarification of the bid process and technical questions will be answered at this time. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.   Proposal packages with detailed specifications and information may be downloaded from www.wicomicohealth.org. Sealed proposals should be mailed to Rodney Dawson, Procurement Officer, Wicomico County Health Department, 108 East Main Street, Salisbury, Maryland 21801.
