Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board of Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA by the following: Michael Feiler, for property located at 402 Clifton Drive, seeking a variance to move an existing nonconforming garage/apartment and a height variance to increase the height of the existing nonconforming structure in the R1 Single Family Residential District. George T. Baldwin, for property located at 2517 Sherwood Drive, seeking a variance to expand/re-establish a nonconforming mobile home in an existing mobile home park in the I1 Light Industrial District. Diane L. Baldwin, for property located at 2410 Rollahome Drive, seeking to expand an existing nonconforming mobile home by more than 25% in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. Nicholas Montagna, for property located at 3713 Lancaster Road, seeking a side yard setback variance and a lot size variance to create a new lot in the R1 Single Family Residential District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26th Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
