Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter electronically with the results made available immediately on PennBid. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM at 1400 Chestnut Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. The complete Invitation to Bid,bidding instructions and Project bid documents will be available October 15, 2025, at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
