Invitation to Bid   The Hulmeville Borough Council, 321 Main Street, Hulmeville PA, 19047, is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide, install, and commission a standby generator for the borough hall. All bids must be clearly marked “EMERGENCY GENERATOR”. Bids must be received before, and will be opened, on November 3, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the meeting room at the above address.
