Panhandle Regional Planning Commission 9-1-1 Network Advertisement for Proposals  Notice is hereby given that the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission’s (PRPC) Regional 9-1-1 Network is requesting proposals for 9-1-1 Call Handling-Equipment Maintenance for the 24-county region.  A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained via email or in person at 415 SW 8th Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79101.
