The city of Daytona Beach, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12127C0352H and 12127C0354H generally located south of Mason Ave., and north of LPGA Blvd. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-3458R for the Project Oasis development. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request will be submitted that will, in part, revise the flood hazards for the existing 1% annual chance floodplain. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and/or decrease or be established within the area of revision. The 1% annual chance floodplain will widen and narrow.
