Up to three contractors may be selected for this Job Order Contract. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 8% has been established for this project. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 2141 E. Jefferson Street, City of Phoenix Traffic Signal Shop, Conference Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested firms attend the pre-submittal meeting.
