NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES The Town Council of the Town of Indian River Shores will conduct a Public Hearing concerning the adoption of the following Resolution with Title as shown below at 9:00 a.m. on November 20, 2025 at the Town Hall, Council Chambers, 6001 Highway A1A, Indian River Shores. At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Town Council may enact this Resolution into law  RESOLUTION NO. 25-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ELECTING TO USE THE UNIFORM METHOD OF COLLECTING A NON-AD VALOREM CAPITAL SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO BE LEVIED WITHIN THE “SEPTIC TO SEWER CONVERSION SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BENEFIT AREA” OR “ASSESSMENT AREA” OF THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES; STATING A NEED FOR SUCH LEVY; PROVIDING FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE Interested parties may obtain a copy of Resolution 25-15 at the Office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall and are welcome to attend this public hearing. Any person who desires to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), auxiliary aids or services will be provided upon request with at least three (3) working days notice.
