REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Community Enhancement Corporation (CEC) located at 1700 Northeast Fourth Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, are seeking qualified contractors for Existing Building Demolition under 2025-CP-001. This RFQ is not for a specific project, but to prequalify demolition contractors for general procurement. Contractors shall provide services assigned under scopes of work, which may include cost estimating, existing building to remain, utility segregation, operation maintenance and capping of demolition building systems, building and flatwork demolition in occupied properties, site and land clearing, concrete removal, debris removal, site grading, storm water control and site fencing.
