The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of MEGRYCO requesting a Special permit required per Section 203-7.C.3 to waive the required driveway width; per Section 203-7.F. 2 to waive the required parking area width and driving lane width; per Section 203-7.J table 3 to waive the number of required parking spaces for hotels; per Section 203-8.A to waive off-street loading requirements; to convert existing one (1) and two (2) family dwellings to hotels on lots #10, #10R, and #14 Howland street Lighting plan required per section 203-7.F4 parking areas for more than ten (10) vehicles and per Section 207-4 prevention of light pollution. on the property of 10 HOWLAND ST; shown as Parcel 017-000-125-000 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2024, in a DH Zone.
