NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT
Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgage premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for case or cashier’s check at the place of holding the Circuit Court in Hillsdale County, 29 N. Howell St., Hillsdale, MI 49242, starting promptly at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, November 14, 2025. The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the day of sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property. A potential purchaser is encouraged to contract the county register of deeds office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge a fee for this information. Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Mortgagor: Jessie Miller, a single woman, to original mortgagee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. dated March 9, 2007 recorded on March 15, 2007 in Liber 1302, Page 178 Wayne County Records, and assigned by Wells Fargo Bank N.A. to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, by and assignment dated March 17, 2010, recorded on March 25, 2010 in Liber 1419, Page 0114, and assigned by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation to foreclosing assignee: Dyck-O’Neal, Inc, by an assignment dated November 9, 2012, recorded on January 11, 2013, in Liber 1515, Page 0281, Hillsdale County Records, Michigan on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND AND ELEVEN AND 63/100 Dollars ($24,011.63). The mortgaged premises are situated in the County of Hillsdale, State of Michigan, bounded and described as follows: The East 206 feet and the East 454 feet of the West 754 feet, of the following described premises: The North 1/8 of the East half of the Southwest ¼ of Section 31, Town 6 South, Range 4 West, excepting, the East 454 feet of the West 754 feet of the following described premises; The North 1/8 of the east half of the Southwest 1/5 of Sectoin 31, Town 6 South, Range 4 West. Commonly known as: 1620 Pierce Road, Quincy, Michigan 49082 Tax Id: 30-05-031-300-002-31-6-4 The redemption period shall be SIX (6) months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with 1948CL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale. Upon the foreclosure sale of the mortgaged premises, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the mortgaged premises at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
