NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: Bayview Financial Property Trust and to any person claiming an interest in the property described herein:
Ryan Pressley hereby gives Notice that he intends to forever foreclose the right of redemption on that tract or parcel of land known as:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 1910037000, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 1.23 acres, more or less, being Lot 28, Greenland Acres Subdivision, shown in Realty Reel 533, Pages 1547, described in Deed Book 1032, Page 192, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2066 Greenland Road.
The right to redeem said property will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after November 21, 2025. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated September 3, 2024 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1943, Page 1248.
The property may be redeemed at any time before November 21, 2025 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned.
