APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94700 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 5th day of September 2025 Mt. Rose Development Company of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 1 c.f.s., 386.669 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 89102. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 19, T17N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 19 bears N 31 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds E, a distance of 1,968.8 feet (approx. 2,800 feet W from the intersection of SR878 and SR431, Reno, NV). Water will be used for recreational purposes (snowmaking) from October 1st to May 1st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 19, T17N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 19 bears N 39 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds E, a distance of 2,870 feet.
