2026 NHTF Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) will conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed 2026 National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan for the distribution of funds in exchange for the construction and compliance monitoring of multifamily rental units targeted to extremely low-, low-, and moderate-income persons. The public hearing will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time, at the HOME Builders Association of Alabama located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, Alabama, 36117. Attendees who wish to speak must register to do so upon arrival at the venue. The Draft 2026 Plan along with the required Comment Form, including instructions for submitting comments will be made available at www.ahfa.com.
