Laurel, New Jersey 08054, telephone (609) 397-9200, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, in it's capacity as Trustee for the registered holders of MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2005-WMC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates is a Plaintiff and Latarsha Atkins is a defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after October 20, 2025, the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
