YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 216 Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Westmont, New Jersey 08108, telephone (856) 858-7080, an Answer to the Foreclosure Complaint filed in a civil action, in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is Plaintiff and The View at Marlton LLC, by its agent, Marc Zaccaria, Pulini Inc, SunSource Financial, LLC and Ancon Trading LLC are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after the October 20, 2025, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney, you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services office of the county of venue. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a Mortgage dated March 14, 2007 made James Marino to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, and covers real estate located at 488 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108in Camden County in the State of New Jersey, known as located at 488 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, New Jersey 08108, Block 110, Lot 4, as shown on the tax assessment map and tax map duplicate of Collingswood. Said mortgage was recorded April 19, 2007 in book 8530, page 1832 in the amount of $264,915.00.
YOU, The View at Marlton LLC, by its agent, Marc Zaccaria, Pulini Inc, SunSource Financial, LLC and Ancon Trading LLC, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises.
The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you are joined as defendants is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request, addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above-mentioned address.
