NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2025, and entered in Case No. 50-2024-CA-009639-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the FIFTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ANGELA GRIFFIN; THE PINES OF DELRAY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Joseph Abruzzo, Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 12, 2025, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT C, BUILDING 20, THE PINES OF DELRAY THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2444, PAGE 1703, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
