LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION AMENDED SCHEDULE TIME Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bay, Florida, will hold its General Election on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of electing three Commissioners, each for a term of three (3) years. There will be one Commissioner elected representing seat “1”; one Commissioner elected representing seat “3”; one commissioner elected representing seat “5”. Candidates must be a resident and qualified elector of the City of South Bay. The first day for qualifying begins November 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., and the final day for qualifying is November 20, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Candidates must file in person with the City Clerk at City Hall, 335 S.W. 2nd Avenue, South Bay, Florida, during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) until said date and time.
