Foreman, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Delaware County, State of Indiana, to wit: Lot Numbered Seventy-one (71) in Heaton Acres Second Addition to the City of Muncie, Indiana, a plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 7, page 19 of the records of plats of Delaware County, Indiana, excepting therefrom all that part of said lot numbered seventy-one (71) lying west of the following described line; Commencing at a point on the Southeast line of Lot Number seventy-two (72) in said Addition eight (8) feet South of the Northeast corner of said lot seventy-two (72), measuring on and along the curve of said Southeast lot line, running thence Northwesterly in a straight line to a point on the West line of Lot number seventy-one (71) in said Addition eight (8) feet northeasterly from the Southwest corner of said lot seventy-one (71).
