PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposal / Qualifications (“RFPQ”). In accordance with IC 5-23-5, Westfield-Washington Township, Indiana (“Township”), invites any and all qualified parties to submit a statement of qualifications and a proposal to develop and renovate the Westfield Fire Department Station #82 project (“WFD Station #82 Project”), in Westfield, Indiana. The RFPQ will be available on or after October 17, 2024, at the Westfield-Washington Township office or can be obtained by either emailing the Township Trustee at - Jamie Goetz Mills at jamie@wwtownship.us or the Township’s Owner’s Representative, Ken Alexander, at ken.alexander@braviaservices.com. Selection criteria and RFPQ instructions are thoroughly defined in the RFPQ. An estimate is requested with the response packet but only to understand the capacity of the responder’s preconstruction abilities. Responses are to be delivered in person or electronically by 10:00 am EST on November 4, 2025, to be considered. All responses will be reviewed thoroughly and scored fairly in accordance with Indiana Code.
