MORRIS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS
NOTICE REGARDING THE INSPECTION OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS
GENERAL ELECTION –
NOVEMBER 4, 2025
The Morris County Board of Elections Administrator, Dale A. Kramer, wishes to inform you that the Board of Elections will have the November 4th General Election Mail-In Ballots available for review ONLY by Authorized Challengers at 10 Court Street, Morristown NJ 07960.
If you wish to review specific Mail-In Ballots, please contact the Morris County Board of Elections at 973-285-6715 at least 24 hours prior to Thursday, October 30, 2025. Each challenged ballot will require the completion of a Challenge Form. Stripping of the certification from the non-challenged ballots will commence Friday, October 31, 2025. The hearing on Mail-In Ballot challenges will occur at the Board Meeting on November 4, 2025.
