BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 19th day of November, 2025 the following property to-wit :
THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon situated, located in Section 7, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, containing 0.762 acres, more or less, and shown on a plat of survey prepared by Daniel D. Sandefur, Surveyor, dated October 3, 1967, which is attached to that deed from Alton Martin, Sr. to Alton Martin, Jr., dated October 13, 1967 and recorded October 16, 2007 at Conveyance Book 706, page 95 of the Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
From the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of (SE 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 7, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, proceed West a distance of 186.6 feet the Point of Beginning; From said POB, thence proceed West 90 feet to a point and corner, which is also the Southeast corner of Lot 6 of Hilltop Subdivision; thence proceed North 0° 13' East a distance of 369.2 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed North 89° 16' East a distance of 90 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed South 0° 13' West a distance of 368 feet to the Point of Beginning.

NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
