BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF FIERI FACIAS issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 19th day of November, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF GROUND located in Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, of Rapides Parish, Louisiana more particularly described to-wit:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE/C NWSW) of Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 2 East; thence proceed South 00°19'35" West, a distance of 192.62 feet to a point; thence turn right and Proceed South 87°27'28" West, a distance of 121.51 feet to a point; thence turn right and proceed South 89°22'05" West, a distance of 142.16 feet to a 1/2" iron rod located on the apparent North Right-of-Way line of LA Highway No. 107; thence turn right and proceed North 89°31'36" West, along said apparent Right-of-Way line a distance of 52.77 Feet to a 1/2" iron rod marking the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract to be described; thence continue North 89°31'36" West, along said apparent Right-of-Way line, a distance of 53.08 feet to a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn right and proceed North 85°28'07" West, along said apparent Right-of-Way line, a distance of 96.62 feet to a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn right and proceed North 00°21'01" East, a distance of 261.58 feet to a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn right and proceed South 89°48'17" East, 187.35 feet to a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn right and proceed South 04°06'47" West, a distance of 210.79 feet to a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn right and proceed South 33°41'55" West, a distance of 31.98 feet to a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn left and proceed South 11°46'10" West, a distance of 32.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 1.08 acres more or less.
Together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon, subject to any existing streets, roads or highways, utility transmission lines, pipelines and facilities which maybe upon the property and/or dedications, restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-ways, easements, and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property which maybe of record wand presently in legal force.
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon including a 1995 Belmont Premier manufactured home having HUD label numbers TRA221409 and TRA221408, which manufactured home was immobilized pursuant to La. R.S. 9:1149.4 by Manufactured Home Affidavit of Affixation in Mortgage recorded January 12, 2022 in Instrument No. 1768150, Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
