SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 13, 1999, Elizabeth S. Moore, a widow, not since remarried executed a certain deed of trust to Express, Trustee for the benefit of Contimortgage Corporation which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, State of Mississippi in Book 5098 at Page 773 Instrument No. 581383; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated August 27, 2025 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 7325 Page 1743; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-3, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LLG MS LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on November 7, 2025 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the North Door of the County Courthouse of Hinds County, located at 407 East Pascagoula Street, Jackson, MS 39201, to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Hinds County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:

Situated in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi, and being further described as follows, to-wit:
Commence at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33 and run West for 729.7 feet; run thence South for 1052.2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for the parcel herein described; run thence South for 284.06 feet; run thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes East for 356.91 feet; run thence North 02 degrees 02 minutes West for 210.26 feet; run thence North 77 degrees 44 minutes West for 357.67 feet to the Point of Beginning.
I WILL CONVEY only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
