ORDINANCE NO. 2025-06 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF ORCHID, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 82 – SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS, AMENDMENT, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFLICT AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE NO. 2025-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF ORCHID, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 86 – ZONING; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS, AMENDMENT, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFLICT AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE NO. 2025-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF ORCHID, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 46 – GENERAL PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS, AMENDMENT, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, CONFLICT AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Local Planning Agency will hold a meeting on Friday, October 31, 2025, starting at 9 a.m. or shortly thereafter, to consider recommendations to the Town Council on the aforementioned ordinances. The Town Council will hold public hearings on the aforementioned ordinances on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, starting at 9 a.m. or shortly thereafter. Both public meetings will be held at Town of Orchid's Town Hall at 9301 Highway A1A, Suite 201, Orchid, Florida 32963. Public hearings may be continued from time to time. The agendas will be posted online at www.townoforchid.com. Copies and supporting documents are available at Town of Orchid's Town Hall weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (daily closure at noon for half an hour). Pursuant to the Charter, one or more Councilmembers may attend the Town Council meeting by teleconference. All interested parties may participate in the meetings. Persons who wish to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meetings will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
