Whereas, on 5/29/2024, Brandon Morrow, Unmarried Man, executed a certain deed of trust to Megan K. Trott, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for Affordable Lending Group, LLC, its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, , State of Mississippi as Instrument No 280720, Book 647,  Page 8935;   and  Whereas, said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned Freedom Mortgage Corporation and recorded 3/13/2025 as Instrument No. 284221, Book 648, Page 7379; and Whereas, Freedom Mortgage Corporation has heretofore substituted Nestor Solutions, LLC, as Trustee by Instrument recorded on 10/6/2025 in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office as Instrument No. 286387, Book 649, Page 3463 and Whereas, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale. Now, Therefore, Nestor Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on 11/24/2025 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the County Courthouse of Hinds County, Mississippi, located at Southwest Front Steps of the Hinds County Courthouse (2nd Judicial District), 127 West Main Street, Raymond, MS 39154, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Hinds County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Commence at a found iron pin marking the point of intersection of the north line of Section 14, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Hinds County, Mississippi with the west line of Midway Road as said road is now laid out and in use, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description; run thence South 13 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East and along said west line of Midway Road for a distance of 1558.14 feet to the Point of Beginning for the description of a parcel of land described as follows: Continue thence South 13 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East and along said west line of Midway Road for a distance of 219.36 feet to a point; run thence, leaving said West line of Midway Road, South 88 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West and along the South line of said parcel of land as described in Deed Book 236 at Page 160 for a distance of 393.16 feet to a point; run thence North 03 degrees 16 minutes 55 seconds West for a distance of 120.79 feet to a point; run thence North 01 degrees 51 minutes 08 seconds West for a distance of 36.37 feet to a point; run thence North 87 degrees 39 minutes 48 seconds East for a distance of 153.67 feet to a point; run thence North 06 degrees 02 minutes 36 seconds West for a distance of 29.67 feet to a point on the extension of an existing fence line; run thence North 80 degrees 35 minutes 31 seconds East and along said existing fence line for a distance of 108.77 feet to a point in said existing fence line; run thence North 80 degrees 51 minutes 01 seconds East and along said existing fence line for a distance of 93.64 feet to the Point of Beginning.
