REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)   GIS CENTRIC ASSET AND WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONSULTING SERVICES RFQ NO.: 26-601 The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (“Authority”) requests qualified Consulting firms to submit a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) for the purpose of selecting a firm to provide Consulting Services for the GIS Centric Enterprise Asset and Work Order Management System currently used by the Authority. The evaluation process shall be in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055, Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act. Services to be provided include the management and improvement of the Authority’s existing Cityworks/Cityworks On-Line (CWOL) system. A Non-Mandatory PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on OCTOBER 29, 2025, AT 2:00 PM, local time, open to all interested parties. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. The AUTHORITY only accepts bids and proposals electronically through Bonfire.
