REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   The Township of Woodbridge, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., are seeking written proposals through a Fair and Open Process for the following:   FOR THE PROVISION OF CONCESSION SERVICES FOR Food Services Concessionaire/Commercial Kitchen Operator at The Club at Woodbridge   Proposal forms for Proposals may be obtained by download at bidnetdirect.com/new-jersey/twpwoodbridge The services to be provided are regarded as professional services. As such, not only price but the professional ability, size of the organization, proximity to the Township and other similar factors may be utilized in selecting qualified respondents.   Proposals shall be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct by 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 16, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will not be accepted.   Last day for submission of questions and clarifications is 4:00pm on Friday, November 7, 2025.   The Township of Woodbridge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any informalities contained therein. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the proposal due date without the consent of The Township of Woodbridge.   The Proposals submitted shall in no way be considered as competitive bids; each shall be evaluated on its merits.
