NOTICE TO VENDORS   Notice is hereby given that the Lubbock Independent School District, of Lubbock County, acting by and through its Governing Board, will accept solicitations for the award of a contract for Walk In Coolers and Freezers for Miller, Maedgan, Centennial, Hardwick, Roberts, McCool Academy, Evans Middle School and Estacado High School. Proposal No. RFP 2025-1117 until 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 17, 2025 in the Procurement Services Department. The Request for proposal may be accessed at  https://lubbockisd.ionwave.net. The Lubbock Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process.
