Contractors Needed   HERITAGE TRAINING AND CAREER CENTER is now accepting applications for General Contractors to participate in a Critical Repair Housing Rehabilitation Program in the City of Montgomery.   Through federal CDBG entitlement funds received by the City of Montgomery, limited critical repairs are being provided at the primary residence of selected homeowners with low-to-moderate incomes, as determined by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).   Experienced, licensed, and insured contractors are invited to apply for pre-qualification status, in order to qualify for participation in project bidding.
