Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G)  Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of the Westerville City School District of Westerville, Ohio, passed on the 21st day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the Westerville City School District at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of:  Shall an annual income tax of 0.75 percent on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Westerville City School District, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2026, for the purpose of providing for the current expenses of the school district?  The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.   By order of the Board of Elections, of Franklin County, Ohio.
