Notice is hereby given to ALL OR UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOSEPH STEVEN KEREKES REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, that an action to foreclose on the following property in Volusia County, Florida:
UNIT 603, THE AQUARIUS OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM, AS SHOWN ON THAT TYPICAL OR COMPOSITE FLOOR PLAN, AS THE CASE MAY BE, BOTH OF SAID PLANS BEING A PART OF EXHIBITS A-1 THROUGH A-6 TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, SAID DECLARATION BEING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1395, PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THE AQUARIUS OCEANFRONT CONDOMINIUM AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1596, PAGE 268 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND SAID EXHIBITS TO AFORESAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM BEING RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 31, PAGES 116 TO 121 AND RE-RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 32, PAGES 100 TO 106, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON PROPERTY AS SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT "B" TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RE-RECORDED, ALL AS EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
