Notice: Request for Proposals West Lafayette Street Lighting Initiative   Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Commission of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, will receive sealed proposals until the hour of 8:30 a.m. (local time) on November 19, 2025, at the Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 222 N. Chauncey Avenue, West Lafayette, IN 47906 for the completion of select services for the Street Lighting Initiative. Proposals received after said time will be returned unopened. No oral, telephoned, telegraphed, facsimile, or email bids or changes to bids will be considered.   The Request for Proposals documentation is available on the City website at https://www.westlafayette .in.gov/ services/bid-opportunities as well as on file with the Development Department at 222 N. Chauncey Avenue, West Lafayette, IN 47906 phone (765) 775-5160.   Questions must be emailed to development@westlafayette  .in.gov by Monday, November 10, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (EDT).
